The Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) is the recognized voice of parents at Maple Lane. We meet monthly with the Principal to discuss school events, news, and ways to support our children’s education. Through fundraising and special events, we provide resources and activities that enrich the school community. All parents are welcome to attend meetings, share ideas, and vote on PAC initiatives.

Upcoming Meeting Dates
Our next PAC Meeting will be on Wednesday, May 13th at 6pm in the Library. All parents (PAC executives or not) are invited to attend. An option to attend the meeting online will also be sent out closer to the meeting date. Online option will be via Microsoft Teams. Parents attending online will need to create an account ahead of the meeting.
Annual General Meeting - New Members Needed
Our Annual General Meeting will be on Thursday, June 11th at 6pm in the library (online hybrid option also available). As we begin planning for next year, the Maple Lane Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) is seeking new parents to step forward and help fill several executive roles for the 2026/27 school year. With multiple long-serving executive members stepping down this June, we are actively looking for parents interested in taking on important roles within the PAC. See our PAC AGM notice to learn more.
