As part of welcoming students back to school and in connection to our SEL focus, students at Maple Lane had the opportunity to engage with their cohorts about joy and well wishes for the new school year ahead.  Each student was given a piece of ribbon to write down what brings them happiness and what to look forward to this school year.  Teachers collected each student's ribbon and hung them on the tree branches outside our school's main entrance for the Maple Lane community to enjoy.
